At 1PercentBuySell.com, we operate on a commission-based model where a 1% commission fee is charged on each successful property transaction. Please carefully read the following refund and cancellation policies before proceeding with any transactions:
1. No Refund Policy
Once a transaction is confirmed and completed, the 1% commission fee is non-refundable. This applies to both the seller and the buyer. Once a deal is finalized and payment is received, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- Transaction Finalized: If the buyer and seller have agreed to terms and the transaction is confirmed, the 1% commission is applicable and non-refundable.
- Cancelled Transactions: If a listing is canceled before the deal is finalized and no transaction occurs, no commission fee will be charged.
2. Cancellation Policy
Transactions on 1PercentBuySell.com are based on the successful completion of a sale. Once the transaction is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed. However, if a listing is canceled before a deal is made, the seller will not be charged any commission.
- Seller Cancellation: If the seller chooses to cancel the listing before it leads to a transaction, no commission fee will be charged.
- Buyer Cancellation: If the buyer withdraws or cancels their offer before the transaction is confirmed, no commission fee is applicable.
- Completed Transaction: If the property sale is completed, and the buyer and seller have agreed to the terms, the 1% commission will be charged and will not be refundable, even if either party wishes to cancel after the transaction is finalized.
